• How do I create my own flipbook?
  All you need to do is upload your publication in PDF format, our software converts the PDF file into a fully functional flipbook in just a couple of minutes without any technical expertise required.
• What are the optimal PDF settings for the best output?
  We recommend to save your PDF with 72 DPI to 150 DPI images for the best results.
• My flipbook is loading very slow, what can I do about it?
  If your flipbook is slow, then the quality of your flipbook is probably set too high. Please go to settings and adjust the resolution to a lower setting.
• How do I put the flipbook on my website?
  After purchase, you get a zip file which contains all the files you need. You’ll have to extract the files and upload them to your website. The download comes with a readme.pdf guide. If you need help with uploading files, please follow the guide that explains it step by step (including screenshots). If you're stuck at a certain step, please contact us at info@instantflipbook.com
• What files are supplied when I purchase the flipbook?
  After purchase you receive a ZIP file that contains HTML, javascript and image files. All you have to do is upload these files to your website in order to make it work.
• Is it possible to link email addresses in the flipbook?
  You can easily add email addresses by typing the following into the link editor: mailto:youremail@address.com
• What is the maximum file size I can upload?
  We put a maximum of 150MB into the upload-form. Files that are bigger than 150MB are most likely saved in print quality, which isn't necessary for your online flipbook. Please save your PDF with 72 DPI images in order to make it smaller. If you need help or your file is just very big, contact us at info@instantflipbook.com and we'll upload it for you.
• How can I link to a specific page within the flipbook?
  Just add ?page=5 at the end of the url to your flipbook and it will open on the specified page: www.yourdomain.com/flipbook/?page=5
• How to track clicks within my flipbook with Google Analytics?
  You can use the google analytics URL builder, to create links that can be tracked within Google analytics. More information can be found here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1033867?hl=en
